One Piece episode 1132 delivers the hardest emotional blow to date as Kuma and Ginny's tragedy plays on.

That about sums up my feelings on this week's episode, and I'd wager that's the perspective most of you have, too. Kuma and Ginny's relationship is so wholesome and tragic, it's hard to watch all this happen to them. Even with the background of reading the manga first, it did little to dull the blow. The scene with Kuma and Ginny on the phone with one another was substantially harder to endure because of the great performances from the VAs, drawing out the painful last moments shared - and missed - as Ginny's life comes to an end.
The bittersweet aftermath is no cakewalk either. It's quite charming to watch Kuma grow into fatherhood and raise Bonney. She's as cute as a button, and it's a great delight seeing how she grows while changing Kuma into an even better man. In many ways, his role as her father is a continuation of the sacrificial nature of the rest of his life. Bonney is her own person, but it's clear she carries her mother's spirit and zest for life. Together, you can see them living a happy life in the countryside without interruption for many joyful years. Of course, the tragedy train makes a few more stops in their life, as not only does Bonney have her mother's skin disease, but a fresh round of abuses from the king looks set to destroy their peaceful abode.
All of this is executed so well in the anime thanks to the brilliant performances of the voice cast. These emotional beats only work if we find the cast believable across the emotional wavelengths they are travelling. The authenticity of the joy and the pain that they are experiencing helps cement this as a classic One Piece tearjerker flashback.
